I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing these shoes. The quality did not match the description or photos, and they were not worth the price paid. When I requested a return, I was told I had to ship the shoes back to China at my own expense. International return shipping is very expensive, and this was never clearly disclosed upfront. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they only offered a partial refund unless I paid to return the item overseas. This feels unfair and misleading. Customers should not be responsible for high international return shipping costs, especially when the product does not meet expectations. I would not recommend buying from this shop unless you are willing to risk paying costly international return fees.
