Returns If your pair isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Send us a message through our Help Centre and our team will guide you through each step. Shoes should be unworn and in their original packaging. For standard returns, return postage and a 15% restocking fee apply. The grip feels secure and they're very comfortable for everyday walking. I only wish there were a few more colour choices available.
I tried to return these as they didn’t fit and are total rubbish. I suppose I shouldn’t have expected anymore for the price. They looked OK in the photo, but are so flimsy and don’t have any support.
Help desk stopped replying.
