Are these properly wide fit?
Yes. Each style is cut wider across the toe and forefoot than a standard shoe, with a roomy toe box for bunions. We don't sell by E-fittings (EE, EEE, EEEE), so check the foot measurements in the size chart on each product.
What size should I order?
Our best seller, the Orthopedic Shoes for Walking, is true to size. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe in the afternoon, when feet are largest, and match it to the size chart on the product. If you are unsure, message us before you order and we will help you choose.
Will they look like orthopaedic shoes?
No. They're everyday trainers and walking shoes in colours like black, blue and beige, made to wear out and about.
Can I return them if they don't fit?
Yes. You have 30 days to return, in the original packaging and in original, wearable condition. For standard returns, return postage and a 15% restocking fee apply. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived faulty or damaged, the return is free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 0–3 business days. UK standard delivery takes 6–12 business days and costs £2.99, free on orders over £49. Tracked and insured delivery is £4.99, and Express with priority dispatch is £8.99.
