Ridiculously small & my feet are tiny & narrow. Although they look pretty much like the picture, materials are cheap & the soles would last about 10 seconds. I won't be returning them, it'll probably cost me more than the boots did because they come from China, not a UK business at all

How long does delivery take?

Most UK orders arrive in 6–12 working days. Standard tracked delivery is £2.99, and it's free when you spend £49 or more. Prefer extra peace of mind? Tracked and insured delivery is £4.99, and Express with priority dispatch is £8.99. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Can I return them if they don't fit?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. You cover the return postage and a 15% restocking fee applies. If we sent the wrong pair or a faulty one, the return is on us.

How do I choose my size?

Are the soles grippy on ice?

The rubber sole has a deep tread for snow, slush and wet pavements. No boot grips sheet ice completely, so take care on it.

Will they keep my feet warm and dry?

They are fully lined for cold days and the upper is water-resistant, so they handle snow and rain. They are not made for standing in deep water.
