Getting the size right for a gift
Check a pair of shoes they already wear: the size is usually printed inside the tongue or on the sole. Our guide to UK, US and EU shoe sizes explains the labels. If the size isn't right, there are 30 days from delivery to return shoes in their original packaging and in original, wearable condition (for standard returns, return postage and a 15% restocking fee apply).
